Root Canal Treatment Process

Step 1 – Clinical Examination
During your initial visit, the tooth is examined both clinically and with X-rays to confirm if
a root canal is required.
If there is an active infection, antibiotics may be prescribed to control pain and swelling
before starting treatment.

Step 2 – Root Canal Procedure
The root canal treatment is then performed to remove infection and save the tooth.
The number of visits needed depends on the condition of your tooth and the stage of
infection.

Step 3 – Final Restoration
About a week later, once the tooth has settled, it is ready for a crown (if recommended).
With the crown in place, your tooth becomes strong, functional, and ready for everyday use again.
